Climate Change Threatens Liberia

With a global reliance on fossil fuel for energy, climate change is increasingly becoming a threat to human existence. Our own region – sub-Saharan Africa – is the worst hit in the world.

World leaders are working hard to finding solution but in Liberia some experts worry the country’s leadership is oblivious to the risk.

As Tetee Gebro reports, beyond the environmental worries some experts in the field are troubled about the governance and social concerns about Liberia’s current reliance on oil and gas.
