Ato-Kwamena Dadzie has worked with the most influential news organisations in Ghana in the course of his more than 20-year career. He is recognized as a newsroom leader who enjoys training and mentoring journalists. 

Ato joins New Narratives with experience in newsroom leadership and the management of donor-sponsored media development programmes. He holds a Master of Journalism degree from Carleton University in Canada. 

He previously worked as senior news editor at JoyNews/Joy FM, news editor at Metro TV and editor-in-chief at GhanaWeb. 

He is also a lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra.
