Despite being asked to provide a license in 2022, the Liberia Medical and Dental Council failed to stop him from practicing, exposing Liberians to grave risks. Experts, including former solicitor general Tiawan Gongloe, say the Council’s negligence has left citizens vulnerable to fraudsters exploiting the country’s weak healthcare system.
